1527 Lowell Ct., Crofton Real Estate Photo Session

Last Fall I photographed a beautiful townhouse in Crofton. It has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and is just over 1,300 square feet. It’s the perfect starter home for a single person who wants a little extra space for visitors or for a couple looking to build some equity. The kitchen is modern, the bathrooms are updated, and the bedrooms are spacious. My favorite part of the house is the master bedroom. The chair railing around the whole room adds a unique sophisticated touch. The house also offers a large main level deck and a good sized, no-maintenance backyard.
