1018 South Creek View Ct. Churchton, MD Real Estate Photo Session

Back in July, I photographed a gorgeous home in Churchton, MD. It has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is just under 5,000 square feet. There is so much to love about this house! The entrance is grand and has a beautiful, vintage looking chair rail. The kitchen is modern and tastefully updated. The master bedroom is probably my favorite part of the house. There is a sitting area and short hallway leading into the bedroom. Just off the bedroom is a balcony that overlooks the backyard and the water view. The master bathroom is also beautiful with a large walk in shower and a separate soaking tub. The basement is the perfect place for entertaining friends and family. There is a large bar as well as space for a jukebox, shuffle board, and/or a pool table. The biggest draw of the house is the view and the access to the water. There is a deep water pier as well as a boat lift. Check out some of the photos below from my session at this lovely home.
