Earlier this week I photographed an updated rancher in Clinton, MD. The owner did an amazing job updating the property. It has brand new wood floors, a modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and fresh paint. The house has a lovely backyard as well. The neighborhood is family friendly and there is plenty of room for the kids to play! My favorite part of the house is the sun room. It’s a perfect room to enjoy a good book while looking out at the green backyard. Here are some photos from the session.
