Who doesn't love a great St. Patrick's Day Parade?! This year's parade goes down Main St. in Fredericksburg past the Rappahannock Railway Museum. The parade will include fire trucks, classic cars, high school marching bands, community organizations, Irish dancers, horses, military equipment and local pageant winners. After the parade, enjoy the festival at A. Smith Bowman Distillery. They will also be collecting food for the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank.

5.  Cherry Blossom Festival Events - March 17th-April 1st from 10am-6pm

It's Cherry Blossom time! I love this time of year. It reminds me of my time spent in Okinawa, Japan. This year there will be performances on the ANA Performance Stage at the Tidal Basin Welcome Center. To check out the schedule of events this year, click on the link above.
